zync Community Guidelines

zync helps people find exercise partners they can meet in person. Because online trust directly affects the safety of offline meetings, zync applies clear trust and safety standards. These Guidelines apply to everyone using the Service, including Hosts, Guests, and chat users.

Article 1. Core Principles

Article 2. Scope

These Guidelines apply to all activity on the Service, including creating, applying for, confirming, and cancelling matches; chat; manners ratings; reports and blocks; profile management; and event applications.

Article 3. Prohibited Conduct

This list cannot cover every situation. The Company may act against conduct not expressly listed when necessary to protect the community.

zync community guidelines

These guidelines apply to profiles, matches, chats, workout records, reviews, events and other activity on zync.

1. Keep your information accurate

State your age and profile information accurately, and only post matches you intend to hold. Hosts must explain the schedule, location, skill requirements and participation fee before members apply. Do not impersonate others or mislead members with false information.

2. Keep your commitments

If you cannot attend a confirmed match, follow the cancellation process and tell the other member. No-shows and repeated cancellations without agreement may lead to restrictions. The match screen explains when you can apply, cancel or apply again.

3. Respect other members' wishes

Abuse, discrimination, threats, sexual harassment, unwanted sexual content and repeated unwanted contact are prohibited. If someone declines or ends a conversation, stop asking them to stay in contact. Do not share their contact details, address, photos or conversations without permission.

4. Do not manipulate records or benefits

Base ratings and reviews on your actual experience. Retaliatory ratings, false reports, using someone else's photos as workout proof, and obtaining benefits through duplicate accounts or entries are prohibited. Fraud, illegal transactions, spam, unauthorized advertising and disruption of the service are also restricted.

5. Check that it is safe to meet and exercise

Meet new people in public places, and check your health, the facilities and equipment before exercising. Do not photograph or touch someone against their wishes. If a situation feels unsafe or inappropriate, stop the activity and use the reporting or blocking features.

6. Reports and appeals

We consider the verified facts, severity and repetition of a violation when deciding whether to remove content or restrict access. If urgent action is needed to prevent harm, we may act first and explain the reason afterward. You can request a review at support@zync.life.

Changes to these guidelines and restriction procedures follow the terms of service.
